Maybe someone here can help. UPS just delivered my ATP 4GB SDHC card from my new FZ18 camera. I put the card in the camera, turn the camera on and get an error : "Memory card error Please check the card" I have tried taking it out and putting it back in several times. I cant access the menu to reformat the card.

just got back home. I tried the 2nd SDHC card (bought 2) and it works. Looks like i am going to have to return the one.

Not sure, but is there a small lockout switch on the card? Usually on the left side. It is used to prevent erasing the card by mistake. Be sure it is not in the lock position. If it is, the camera cannot read or write to it. Much like the old 3 1/2 floppies.
