Default Best m43 zoom lens for weddings?

I'm going to shoot my friend's wedding next week and I was told I needed a zoom lens.
What's the best zoom for a GH2?

G'day ACM

It would help a bit if you also had stated what lenses you had at the moment so that a 'good' answer can be crafted for you

Some would say 'the best zoom lens is the one you have here & now'
I would presume that you have the 14-42 that comes with most new cameras - for me that would be a bit short for many things, but ideal for close-in shots

You might also have a 45-200 which is also widely available - for me this would be good for 'across-the-room' shots selecting the main people etc sort of shots

A tripod / monopod and a good useful flash are also essential
Has Lumix mirrorless & superzoom cameras and loves their amazing capabilities

Who told you that you needed a zoom lens?
What for and why?
What lenses do you have now?
Are you trying to "get by" with an all-in-one like a 14-140? Or a fast, short zoom like a 12-35?
Unless you got the GH2 body only, you must have the 14-42 or 14-140. If you don't have zooms, you must have primes. The 20mm f/1.7 and 45mm f/1.8 should work ok as a combination. That's normal and portrait length with the available aspect ratios.
You do have a flash and know how to use it?

I have the 45-200mm which I think would give you a good range of angle. My 100-300mm is too unstable without a tripod, while I do pretty well with the 45-200 handheld.

That said, I think you also want the 20mm for wider shots of the ceremony and groups.
