Best settings for FZ100

After a "what camera should I buy" thread,

I decided to buy the FZ100.

Thanks to all who commented; especially Sarah..

Can any of you please tell me what are the best settings.

I know that it has some serious problems in high iso, so I will stay at 100.

Which mode is the best to shot with? ( P, A, S, M )

Aspect ration (3:2 ; 4:3 ; 16 : 9 ) .. I don't print my pictures so what megapixel would be better ( 14, 12, 10, 7 ? )

What should be my next settings? ( NR ? Sharpness ? Saturation ? Contrast ? )

Simply if any of you has an idea, please tell me the best settings for the best image quality.

I have collected a few suggested settings myself from various forums.

Use those as a base line and adjust to your liking I suggest.

I only use 16:9 format for viewing on screen / tv and to use in videos. Mostly in P and S mode with max mp.

FZ 100 settings
For normal use I basically turn off all Intelligent stuff and set the camera to:
Contrast=-1
Saturation=0
Sharpness=-2.
ISO=100
WB=Auto
Mode=Manual
NR=-2

Figured out the best indoor settings for the FZ100 so far:
Contrast +2
Sharpness +2
Saturation -2
NR -2

I prefer to set the NR to -2 and then +1 for Contrast and Saturation and +2 for Sharpness. Your milage may vary.

from LTZ420
Contrast +1
Sharp +2
Saturation +1
NR -2

AND really keep the FZ100 steady...it can take very sharp photos, but must be rock steady

From some recent work done on this blog http://previewofmyfz100.canalblog.com I've changed my settings to
IR on
intelegent iso on
max iso 400
sharpness +2
sat +1
contrast +1
NR -2

Try to shoot in A or S mode rather than P

seems to working out just fine at the momment.
