a BIGThumbs UPto Bigston Corp - Panasonic's US repair center for Lumix cameras.

I sent my camera in on 11/3/2005 and it was returned to me fully repaired on 11/16/2005!! I was expecting 1-2 months, what a great suprise. So far it seems to be working perfectly. The best part was I only had to pay shipping out, the rest was covered by my customer care plan, a well spent $49.

I wouldhave given2 big thumbs up to the folks at Bigston, but they used the other thumb to make fingerprints on my lens.
