G'day Eysha

On-camera & off-camera, bits of info are readily available
On-camera - when reviewing your photo, press the Display button several times and you go thru a loop of screens. During this process the camera will show you all sorts of stuff but not lens mm settings

Off-camera - in Windows [firsly] > in Windows Explorer [file manager if you like to think of it this way] right click on an image, then left-click on Details, and "uncle-Bill" will show you lots of camera & exposure details. The lens mm's is shown as the exact mms of the lens in use. [see below]

Off-camera - in Photoshop Elements > go to FIle > File Information > Camera Data

[Lens mm's] .... your camera has an 18x zoom of [about] 6mm to 108mm, which in 35mm film camera terms is quoted as being "equivalent to 28mm to 500mm"
You need to now do a minor bit of mental arithmatic to convert the mm's as shown on the computer to the mm's you know your lens-in-use figures ... and as 28mm / 6mm is about '5', therefore whatever mm's the computer reports as being used for that photo, just "x5 it" to get the equivalent

In my case, I can see one of today's images being reported to me as 'focal length' = 51mms. Therefore I can post here that the image was shot "at about 250mm equivalent"

Hope this helps a bit
Regards, Phil
