![]() ![]() ![]() And now getting things in perspective, my pride and joy running through a friend's superb garden ![]() ![]() I was lucky with the photo below, the background behind and above the engine shed ventilators was over exposed and totally obliterated the terracotta painted wall of the house, which would have destroyed the atmosphere of the photo. ![]()

Wow, your friend has miniature train tracks in his yard? That's wonderful. And that is a beautiful train you got! What does it run on?

Yes he does, Saly, a fairly small yard, but the railway is well laid out. I also have tracks laid in my garden, but mine has yet to be "landscaped". Narrow gauge garden railways at scale size of 1:19, 1:22, 1:24 etc are very popular in other countries, especially the UK and US, with thousands of people involved in the hobby. Here we are a approximately 15.
The locomotive uses gas to boil the water. I will soon be fitting radio control to it .

My son would be in Heaven! He is 16 and absolutely loves trains. We have been building an "O" scale train layout in our garage for over a year now. No matter how much time I put into it, it seems that the work never ends. Nice captures BTW.

Thank you all for the favourable comments. I apologise for the delay in replying, my internet connection has been down for a few days.
