Found an egret that seemed to like to pose! Not sure if it's a snowy or great egret ? Jim

#4 This would have been a great shot except focus was a little off.

The first three are very good. Too bad about the last one - I hope you get a chance to try for another one soon.

Very nice, Jim. Many times when I was working in the chemical plants there would be eqrets in all the drainage ditches. They were not afraid, but we were not allowed to have cameras. You could almost walk up to them, they were so used to us.

Hi Jim,
style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #000000"You managed awonderful capture on a great egret. They top out at about 40 inches and have a yellow bill. The snowyegret tops out about 25 to 30 inches and has a black bill. Very nice photos and thanks for sharing those beauts. BTW I've been lurking around the forums for the past few months and hope to be a proud owner of the pana fz 30 someday very soon. I have admired everyone's talents and willingness to share and learn. Hope to be posting soon, Maw |
