A few older shots to get started

I have the V-LUX 1 and I'm trying to get more active with my photograpy and posting. Here's a few older ones for examples of what I like.

I think the texture of the hide in that Rhino-shot is exquisite. Good komposition and light. Like it!
:o)

Thanks Walter. The rino shot won a 1st place in B&W animal at our fair last year.

Hi! Don, great to see you back at it. I have been busy with other hobbies of late (boating, fishing, horses, and gardening) and have not been doing much with the cameras. However, I still check out the forum at night. Jerry

Hi Jerry,

I'm trying to get back to being active. I had a Spinal nerve stemulator put in my spine about 3 weeks ago in an attempt to help control some of my back pain. It seems like it's going to allow me to be a little more active. It's not a miracle but anything is better than what I have had the past year or so.

It's good to hear from you. Maybe we can both start posting a few images.

Hello d-sr! It's good to see you and your lovely pictures. Very nice work. I look forward to seeing more soon as you gain your mobility back. I hope all goes well and the pain subsides to nothing for you.

Teree :)

Thanks

Teree & Will for the comments. It's good to be getting back to doing a few things but it's slower than I though it would be.
