Took this tonight after my step-up ring arrived today, so I could finally have a go with the 6T, must admit, it isnt all that easy, I need some top tips, took an age of manual focus to get it nearly right, maybe I chose a difficult medium (Glass?). Anyhow here it is:

Seedubs, That looks pretty darn good to me! I agree with you that using the 6T and the other closeup lens are tough to master! But looks like your on the right track. Wait till you try an insect, then you'll really be pulling your hair out! Jim

Many Thanks,
Yes I am a little bit confused as to how you get an insect to stay in one place for the period of time it takes a decent picture. It took me about 5 mins to set up and then an age to get the manual focus sorted, I am sure I will have fun! Chris |

That's a nice shot Chris. Especially for the first night. Shot seem's to have a greater DOF than I'm getting with my 6T. - Don

Excellent focus, Chris. I'm glad you told us what it is ... it looks like you were making a batch of chocolate fudge
