Yeehaw:|it has finally arrived!
I can tell I'm gonna love it already. First pix out of my camera with only cropping/resizing (and before reading anything in the manual, LOL) Sundew (quite abundant near our pond) A small dragonfly got caught in one: I rescued him and after sitting on my fingertip for a few minutes to dry out, off he flew! |

They are some fascinating pictures. I guess they are like the Venus Flytrap that catch and eat insects..I haven't seen them before, what is your location...Fred

Hi Fred - yes, they are like miniature flytraps. We're about 15 miles east of the coast in central Florida. These just cover the moist ground near our pond - they're very low to the ground (enough so that mowing the lawn doesn't touch them) and the first picture is of a patch that is only about the size of a quarter.
