Spotted this lil spider at work on the spiral stair case. At first I thought it was 2 spiders on the same web until I took a close look with the FZ10.

Pic 2. Flowers. A wee birthday pressie so I thought I'd try a shot or two. Have a lot to learn on how to shoot these esp with the external flash. Used a large white card as a reflector. I think in Macro mode, tripod - OIS off, ISO 50. just a wee USM and then resized.

Maybe a tad light for me, I love shadows, but the swirl of the green bud catches and holds my attention. Love it when that happens. very nice

Thanks for the comments - I need to get my hands on a Nikon 6T, as it would be really useful for those little critters. Regards the flowers - i wonder what else could be done to reduce the shadows? Cheers HarjTT |
