Quite some time since I posted to this forum, hope I remember how.:?

I am reading a book about Photoshop Elements and it's suggested changing your camera's color space or mode. This is to obtain the correct color match up for your monitor and printouts.

Can this be done on the FZ 20, if so how. I could not find it in the manual or browsing through the Menu setups.

Any advice appreciated.

Not that I know of. It shoots SRGB.

You may see that selectable colourspace feature on a few of the higher end P&S's and certainly on most of the recent DSLR's.

Frankly, don't spend anymore time worrying about it with the FZ20. The camera generally has an OK WB function but can get real flakey at times. Put your energy into ensuring the WB is accurate when the shot is taken. No amount of Adobe RGB can offset the basic exposure errors the FZ20 occasionally inflicts on you.

I would stay with sRGB even if it could be changed.......Much less color problems thruout.

Thanks for that advice I won't bother with it any further.
