FZ100 it has a CMOS sensor like your DSLR, the FZ35 & 40 have a CCD sensor, but the FZ35 has better overall IQ and is much better to ISO 800...I am probably saying this because I own both...but if you are camera savvy I would get the FZ40 or FZ100 as they are both great cameras...the FZ35 is a great camera, but the ergonomics on the FZ 40 and FZ100 is better but they do require in camera adjustments to get the best from them...
