Fz35 lens to a dslr camera?

Can the macro lens and the long lens, for the fz35 be used on any DSLR camera?
I was asked this question and i have no idea myself but i said i knew where i could find out.
I have a friend who is thinking of getting the 35 but wants to know if the lenses will fit onto a DSLR - she has money so the cost isn't a problem for her.

eysha - I know for certain that you can use to closeup lens (LC-55) on another DSLR lens of the same diameter (55mm). If it's a different diameter, you can get an adapter. I use mine all the time on my GF1 camera with an Olympus lens. The LC-55 is what is known as an #2 diopter.

I don't know about the telephoto lens, though.

Thanks Saly, i guess the telephoto lens would do the same thing if the diameter was right. Not sure what the GF1 is?
In short do i take it that the lenses will fit virtually any DSLR so long as the diameter of 55 mm is the same and if not you can get an adapter to still use them on another DSLR?
