I hope these are liked by all, the FZ7 is my first SRL other than a very old 3mp kodak c3800. Im having fun learning this new equipment. This one in full size came out crystal! I had to crop and resize this no filters. And no adapter yet...
I guess I can only do one picture at a time... ![]() |

Well thats it they say 4 is enough for post pics on most boards. sorry my newbie knowledge shows .. it's a P&S then not a SRL? Humble apologies .. I beleave if I am correct this time (smile) it's a DSRL? |

Welcome and congratulations ! That hawk photo is better than any of the ones that I've taken since I got my FZ5 last November (And we're talking probably multiple hundreds of shots in that time!) I'd have to assume that you were able to get fairly close to him to achieve that amount of crisp focus and good details, though. My best has been usually at least 80-100' away... Keep posting, reading and learning. Looks like you're off to a very fast start so far... |

Thank you very much, My Brideis 50% Cherokee Indian and she always say's to talk to Hawks as they have spirts within. Well Italked this guy up ! he left once then came back. I would say I was about 60 to 80 feet away with full zoom. Again thanks for the kind reply from a fellow Californian. |

I wonder, how does the image quality of the FZ7 compare to that of the Powershot S2 IS ?
The Swan picture is nice, but seems sort of grainy ...... |
