Raghu, some very nice senic shots. I notice what looks plastic sheeting on several of the trees in photo #2. Do you know the purpose of the sheeting?

Those are rubber trees. The bark is cut in a slope shape and the bleeding gum is collected in a small vessel. I thinkthe plastic sheetis usedto prevent dust and other impurities (say duringrain) getting into the rubber gum.
