Nice shots and all so peaceful. Where are all the people? You could not get scene in Chicago that empty this time of year.

Thanks! There were people around...I just had to wait until some moved out of the shots etc. Further toward Marble Arch it was quite packed as the Mandela concert was being prepared. I took some shots of Amy Winehouse doing her sound check through the fence....but she was very far so not great shots.

I tried to get some shots of squirrels but they frightened me as they tried to run toward me everytime I got ready to take the pic! :(

I thought they would bite me!

Get some peanuts in the shell and put them down so the little critters go after them instead of you. They have climbed my kids and me in some parks around here, and we don't even feed them.

Thanks...will try the peanut trick next time! The buggers move so fast that it is really hard to get one shot. I did take one below. But the squirrel was jumping around so fast I did not get the whole animal in the frame even...
