Very nice indeed......I tried that once and gave up......the lightning was never where the camera was pointed.

Thanks guys.
Well, the pics are cropped and I just use wide and shoot in the general direction and hope to capture some strikes during the long exposure....and re-crop for composition. |

Really good captures. I've seen some amazing lightning when on holiday in Europe, but have never managed to obtain even one decent shot.
