Add essential ingredients to pot - Raspberry soda, Milk, Carrots, Peas, Orange Juice. Season (liberally) with Parsley, Thyme, Italian Seasoning, Curry & Coriander:

"Presto !!!" Looks about ready for the oven....(not quite sure what'll happen to that pan handle when it gets cooked, but we'll worry about that later)
