seems to be a lot of noise... great expression on the bird's face, though!

Nice shot but as Squirl stated the noise level seems high! Was this shot taken using digital zoom? Jim

Nice shot, VP. Background would seem to indicate a run through Neat Image or NoiseNinja would be helpful. Good detail on the feathers...

That did turn out pretty noisy....ugh! Didn't seemthat noisy until I looked at it here. No digital zoom buttoo much zoom on cropping apparently.I had another of a pelican that looked pretty good until I saved it and it now looks like this one.
Biggest problem I have on most bird shots is the distance between me and them, and I just don't havequite enoughreach with what I am shooting them with. ![]() Fun trying though.:G |
