The choir master gives forth with a mighty demonstration of how to make the most awful racket while his three students look on and the passing gull covers his ears.
![]() A recent graduate of the school of hard squawks shows his stuff. ![]() The birds are Caspian Terns. Looking at that first picture; there are oh so many stories I could have told instead of the one I used. I hope you enjoy looking as much as I did taking. These guys are a hoot. |

Thanks all for looking and commenting. Glad you liked the terns. You may see more of them if they hang around the natural area beach during the summer. They come in sporadic waves. I was looking for one of the other two kinds but these guys were the bird of the day. As close as we have to a living cartoon.
