If came across the National Geographic 100 Best Photographs magazine in the local store a few weeks back and snapped it up. It is as really fab read with some marvellous photos and is really well written and I thought I'd post the link here for you all to share. Cheers HarjTT PS Check out the nise levels in some of the shots - should we really be complainig about noise so much when at the end of the day its the photograph itself that counts? |

Thanks harj great link NG has always been a high standard in Photography,
and what is intersting is they shot exclusively with 35mm KodaKrome ASA25 slide film and used mostly nikon SLR'S. They got great low light shots even with ASA25, but mostly used fast prime lenses. |

very inspiring! I saw noise on many old shots. Some of my favourite shots were made with a camera obscura.... Updating to a new techniques is no guarantee for better shots. Sven |

HarjTT, Thanks for posting this; I enjoyed the link.....and I also enjoyed your "safari" zoo pictures. The lion series was great and I really liked the lightingin some of the other pictures. Thanks for sharing them. bentleysmom
