if you're using the Phayee adapter with 62mm threads, why did you get the 4T lens instead of the 6t? the 6t is the same diopter as the 4t, buthas 62mm threads, andwould screw right onto the Phayee...

i can't see the EXIF data on these shots. what shutter speed and aperture were you using? shots like these usually benefit from a very steady rest and the smallest possible aperture to give you more depth of field and clarity of focus.
