Just thought I would do the paella that Rafael enticed me with, while I wasn't able to quite match his, it sure came out good. Even the neigbors came over, said they could smell it cooking.

Thanks, Roger. I really enjoyed doing this one. My brother and his wife came over to eat with us and he loves to cook also. He really liked this variation. So did the neighbors, and there was still some left.

Jerry,
Looks like you did good and added a twist or two of your own. Nice photos too. I just came back from lunch and my ham sandwich is feeling like meagre fare, next to your cajun paella....... |

I need to learn more about this. Stunning pictures and enticing food. Good thing I ate before looking.

Very nice pictures Jerry, I love #1,the "Cajun Classic", the reflection really adds to it! One of these days I'll try the paella, it looks very appetizing!!

Thanks very much Emmanuel. Really appreciate your nice comments. I enjoy cooking outdoors in cast iron pots.
