Thats very nice and a shot that I think would have been very difficult with the FZ20.

OH...and a quick edit here too...these pictures are without a doubt the N O I S I E S T pictures I've ever taken with the FZ 30. Way over 120 decibles I'm sure. I was just off the end of the runway and these beasts are LOUD!!! heh heh...(speaking of noise...)

Don't let anyone fool you--that noise comes from the jet engines. I've been impressed also by the sharpness of the images from my FZ30, but I haven't tried low light yet.

Good shots. I'm into aircraft photos when I get a chance, but what's that mottling effect I see in the clouds on my screen in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd pictures? That's not what people call noise is it?
