Stitching 2 high by 2 wide = 4 pics into one gives the equivalent of a 15 to 20 mega pixel image. So if it was something you wanted to print at poster size of 20x30 or larger you could. Also you don't have to stop there you could keeping on going stitching as many photos as you want.

i was thinking about this last night. but then i forgot i was thinking about it, and you just reminded me! thanks :-D so you, as long as you got them straight and everything that goes with that, you could in theory make a picture as big as you wanted with that software. looks like you did a good job of it there.
edit: of course there are some limits, with distortion increasing the more you add and so on, but still, could make alot larger prints than you could with just one shot. |
