Interesting shot... were you using the built in flash/flash gun or is there some illumination there? And what's the white thing in the woods...? :)

The white area is seen in the upper left, is part of an ancient villa in the park.
I have not used the flash, the light is determined by a spotlight at the door!

nice shot catalex.you did well to captured such colour from just a spotlight, even the rust on the first few spikes looks good and clear. great pics like this just reinforce my decision to buy the fz over a starter lever dslr. i was out late the other night and braved the local church yard to get some pics, took a similar one over a big black gate but not as good as this. maybe i can show you and you can give me a few pointers?

Thanks John! With pleasure ..... This picture was taken in Manual mode, ISO 100 - f 8 - 8 seconds of exposure, and of course a tripod.
