Hey all, I wanted to put a copyright symbol at the bottom of my pictures in PS, but I don't know how to find it. I figured out how to use the text tool, but I can't remember how to find that copyright symbol (the letter C with the circle around it). If anyone knows how to do it, I would really appreciate it. Thanx in advance!

Nancy, Hold down the alt key and type 0169 (don't forget the 0)... © J. Siladi.

Thanks so much. Is there a list of other numbers that represents other symbols? I checked in Adobe help but couldn't find anything.

Character map in windows.. On mine (XP) it's listed under

accessories>System Tools

All kinds of other neat stuff there too

my 2¢ or £ or ... well, you get the idea..

Jeff

Edit: By the way, What I've done is create a paintbrush in PSCS with the copyright info.. When I want to stamp it, just select the brush and one click of the mouse does it.

Create a picture, text or whatever you want to have on the brush.. Select it with the rectangular marquis (or other method) and then EDIT>DEFINE BRUSH PRESET and you are ready to go.. Do this in a new document and make it large, say 1 inch wide or so. You can shrink it by changing the brush size when you use it.

Thanks guys, you are all so very helpful, everytime I am here. I miss this forum, wish I had more time to post stuff, maybe during the summer. Thank you again!
