Snow,
Hi! Haven't posted in some time. Still use the FZ30, but also have a D-300 which is a big help with myhand tremor. While these are from the Nikon, I hope to have a few good ones from the FZ's. Just have got to get to them. |

This is a once in 15 to 20 year event. However this is a record for our area.

And I realize that a lot of you contend with this very often, but for us it is a holiday especially for the school children.

Rare there, but not here in Wisconsin. Snow is nice to look at but a bear to drive in and deal with when shoveling, salting and all that goes with having to getting earlier to do what is necessary to get the car running and ready to hit the road.
Thanks for posting. |

I knew when I posted, that this was a common occurrence for most. Noting the present icestorms, etc. in the north. For us, it is unusual. When I was in the military I had to march in snow up to my rear at times. It was not pleasant. I have stood in the snow for hours in basic training. That is when I came to realize that the prettiest snow and ice was on a postcard from somewhere other than home. Thanks for viewing and the comments. |
