I guess most of you shoot .JPEGs, so this isn't a concern...

But for those of us who shoot .RAW... I got a notice a few days ago that Silkypix is now available in version 3.0, and that us 2.0 users can upgrade (for a limited time for a 'mere' ~ US$119.00, regularly ~US$135.00).

I wonder if there is any real good reason to upgrade, especially at that price. (Nikon Capture which IMHO is ten times better designed and five times more powerful , costs less).

Would also be a smart business practice if Panasonic would work out a deal with Ichikawa so that us recent purchasers could upgrade free or at least at a reasonable cost.

Any thoughts?
