If you get frustrated, as I do, when trying to take mutiple frames of a fast moving object, such as a bird, airplane or car, because the EVF / LCD blanks out after the first frame, this may be a solution. It's a mount for the hot shoe bracket that allows you to attach a "red dot" sight. This company also may have some other hard to find devices for the digital camera. Jim

Thanks Tazzie I wasn't aware that this had been discussed before. I'm thinking of giving it a try. Jim

I have been thinking of trying this myself. I wonder if one of these laser sights could effect the pilot? Remember when we had an outbreak of pilots getting blinded with lasers last year. Don

D-sr, No they are not a laser, (I'm referring to the red dot sight). The red dot sight only has a red dot on a glass which when viewed with both eyes open super imposes the red dot on the target, which then makes it simple to track the target. I've used them on hand guns and they work great! Jim

I forgot to say that I have tried the Extend-A-View on my FZ-15. Works great for menow thatI got used to it. A little large to leave on camera but I wear it around my neck and use it when I need it most. Really helps me with focusing.. Don
