I just can't decide on a favorite. they are all exceptional. I can't help but wonder how you managed to get so close on the hummer and quail.

Thanks Jerry! I was about 30 to 40 feet from the hummer and the quail and took several shots before getting the ones I wanted. I find besides patience you need a lot of luck! :-) Jim

I live on the west side of Phoenix a few miles away from the new Cardinal'sStadium.
Was the picture of downtown Phoenix taken from Squaw/Piestewa Peak? I've never been up there. It would be nice to go up there on a clear day when there isn't much haze/pollution and get some pictures. |

Vaiboy, You are correct the picture of downtown Phoenix was taken from about 1/2 way up Squaw Pk. You can get some super shots from on top of Squaw Pk and Camelback. I climb one or the other 5 times a week early in the morning. I'm over in Mesa. Jim
