I just bought a Z5. I cant find any kind of guarantee card. I have Operating Instructions books in English, Spanish, and Italian, but no Guarantee card. Am I missing something?

Jerry,
I assume by "guarantee card" that you mean a warranty card. There should have been one packed with your camera, but if not, I don't believe it is a big deal. It isn't necessary to return the card in order to initiate the warranty. As long as you bought it from a reputable dealer and have your receipt, that should be all you need. If you really feel it is necessary to register your camera, you can do so at the following address: http://www.panasonic.com/host/consumer.html I hope that helps. |

I can't recall seeing one in my box, but I know the info Timewarp passes on is good. I too was advised by the store I purchased it at, to keep the receipt and particulars, and see them if any problems arise. (FZ 30)

Well, I filled out their form and it says that I registered. It's a little casual, for my taste, but if that's the way it is, ok.
