The other night, after many years, I slept in my old house in Venice.

You are fortunate to live in one of those "exotic locations" we all seen to read about but rarely get to visit :-) I like all 3 images ... I get visually lost up in the black skies - whether it needs cropping or shooting earlier after sunset is ??? [and personal taste too], but all give me good-vibes regarding the region Regards, Phil

@ Phil: in the original photos the sky is black, I wanted to raise the colors and details in shadows and I got a glow in the sky. @ John: Yes is a very quiet area, it was about at 21.30. @ JJ: Unfortunately I went to my old house because my elderly mother is seriously ill. ![]()
