Default Is it time...?

Due to the rapidly growing acceptance (and consequently, popularity) of the micro 4/3 system, most forum sites have already dedicated a forum to it. So, my question is, is it time for us to have a dedicated m4/3 forum here at Steve's? Maybe the existing traffic to this forum is not high enough to justify the split but perhaps it would put a different spin to it and generate more activity. Your thoughts?

Possibly could do an EVIL forum (electronic viewfinder interchangeable lens) forum that could encompass the m4/3, the upcoming samsung and ricoh's.

This forum would be the place to do it. The original reason for this forum, the Panasonic DSLR system, is no longer really valid system to have a dedicated forum. Just change the Olympus DSLR forum to the "Olympus/Panasonic 4/3rd's System", or just leave that forum as-is.

I like your suggestion of combining the Oly, Pana and 4/3 in one forum since they are all 4/3 systems. Specially now that so many people buy an Oly camera but use Pana lenses (and vice-versa). One would not have to keep checking both forums to get information on something related to the system (whether camera or lens).

Hards-

The issue is that we ought to keep the Forum up to date and responsive. With the growth rate being experienced and expected by m4/3 format, they deserve a spot. Thanks for listening.
