Thank God I didn't have to wear that steel pot for a year. I hear they give you dain bramage. My MOS was 11B, but I was in the Battallion Recon platoon. I had a lot of friends that were grunts.

This picture gives me chills as well.
Always use tasteful words - you may have to eat them.
