took these from a downtown park with my FZ20. the smoke in the air from all the forest fires has even reached this far north, making for some spectacular sunsets!:G

Both super sunsets.

The birds (both natural and the man-made type) add a little something extra, or as we'd say in Louisiana, a little lagniappe!

Very good images, clean, clear and colurfully done. The framing is top stuff and the little plane in the second image tops it off perfectly.

When I was a child I used to swim in this lake, I had friends that lived there, but now they no longer do... What a beautiful shot! Thanks for posting and bringing back great memories!

Gorgeous photos! One recommendation tho...I would level the water. The first one is almost spot on and the second one the left side is a bit too elevated. Otherwise, spectacular! I Love the plane in the second one!

well squirrel, you have done it again!!! super photos and I really like the seaplane and seagull captured in the photos as well to add more depth to them!!!:|

Possible two of the best sunset shots that I've seen on the forum. The composition is just spot on. How long did you have to wait for that plane to get into the frame :roll: ?
