A very very nice series of photos. The flowers are also very beautiful, the last one is very unique.

Thank you, Bayourebel.

Your comments are most polite!

I wish I would have been more able to translate the beautifull things I´ve seen into appropriate pictures. But well, I´m working on it ;-)

Cheers,
RealMash

Thank you Annie57!

Unfortunately, I did have set the cam to manual focus when I entered Los Palmitos.
So I did not get a sharp shot on the meerkats that were posing for me...well, I corrected that, but some real good ones were gone...

But if your into Monkeys-here is a pic of a poor sod that tries to find a little shadow...he even pulled some plants over his body-like a feeble attempt to imitate the leaves they use as a sort of blanket...poor sod-this weather was much to hot for a hairy one like him...

He was lying on a small Island in the middle of a small lake..

Cheers,
RealMash

Another two Monkeys trying to escape the heat-and I went out into the blazing sun to take the pictures(which were hindered by a set of twigs bound to a pole in front of the monkeys..but there was no good angle left, so I took what I could get...)-so let´s see, who was the clever one, adopting to the climate, and who was the one, driven by sheer frenzy doing stupid things...Maybe I should rethink my proudness concerning IQ, use of camera and such...

I have to admit, those pics were about the last ones I forced my body by sheer willpower to take...and I had used up nearly all my water...time to get home back to my air conditioned appartment...

Cheers,
RealMash
