They did turn out great Treed. Beautiful country and beautiful shots. I used to fish Taylor lake back in the early 50's and 60's. That was when the road from Gunnison up was atwo lane dirt road and most people were not awareTaylor Reservoir was even there. The fishing was great.

I have no idea what I did to cause all the duplicates.

Hi treed moving from a car - Gooood Job.

30 degrees is a good temperature for both deer and elk on the South facing meadows. Did you try glassing for them????

TOTALLY WACKY roger

Thanks man. Yeah it was cold, around 30 degrees farenheit.
Hehe no man, didn't have time to stop and take pics of deer and elk. Though we did see some horned sheep which was cool.

Very nice job with the landscapes, treed!
I'm especially impressed that you managed to get the exposure so perfect and didn't really blow out the sky/clouds or the snowy areas. It looks like you were using a WA lens, yes?

Good show!

Yeah, I was even impressed myself.No, I didn'tuse a WA lens, just the FZ30.

Hi!

Well those pics are a mixed blessing:
On one hand, they remind me how pure and wonderfull things in Winter can look!
On the other, they remind me that -20 Degrees celsius can be da*ed cold. E.G. when stuck on the Autobahn. Will put my survival gear in the car, then.

Cheers,
RealMash
