I did not have the opportunity to take "good" shots in the last weeks.
So this is just an impression what is going on in the nature around Molfsee.

A hornet taken with the Sanyo xacti E6 - macro mode - no achromats! - 5cm distance

A nice little "lifestyle" camera with a macro starting at 1cm.
This camera does not need achromats if you can stay close to the objects.

Very nice series Sven. I missed you earlier post when you got the camera. Very impressive tool and could not be in better hands. Keep posting these shots, I know everyone enjoys them.

They are special indeed.
Maybe not for you and now, after you took great series, but if you had taken these shots some years ago... they'd have looked fantastic to you.

What lens did you usefor the Dragonfly portrait ?
Are you shooting with diffused onboard flash ?

Great series of LadyBirds, too.
