On this Friday the 13th there were rare clouds and scattered showers in Phoenix Arizona. That coupled with a rising sun produced some fantastic colors. Jim

You beat superstition. Friday the 13th happened to be lucky for you! Brilliant colors. You should have posted the rain photo separately, with the caption "water on fire!" or something like that.

WOW Jim, that is the most dramatic sunrise I've ever seen. Great capture. Even the rain looked like it was on fire.

I sold my FZ20 so I'm just waiting for my new camera now. Sue said she would let me use her FZ15 while I'm waiting so if we have a sunrise like your's I won't miss it.

The clouds over you this morning are susposed to be here tomorrow evening so we will see.
