Like others, I haven't seen a Bluebird before and had not realised what I had missed until I looked at your pictures. #3 does it for me, his (her) feathers are luminescent.

Roger, do you ever take a bad photograph - if you do, they are never posted

Evening Mr. Fred. What a nice thing to say THANK YOU SIR.

The first thing I did when my camera arrived is set in on burst mode and I have never touched that setting. What I have found out is one of the photos in the burst mode is better than the rest. As far as bad photos is concerned I probably delet more than most folks because of using burst mode all the time.

I forgot to mention I used my RDS for these shots and probably would not of gotten any without it. IMHO the RDS is a valuable tool for more than BIF's.

Did you allply NR to the whole#2 pic?

But the real question is:
if you go spotting for antelopes or bluebirds, will you find elks ?

Sorry but I don't know what NR is as far as photo #2

You might have a good idea I need to go out looking for antelope & bluebirds then maybe I can find more elk.
