Howdy, my apologies in advance for not being able to educate you on these images. I was pressed for time and was just snapping away. I can say that there were three domes: floral, arid and tropical. I love the arid the best as there were so many textures and thorn. I hope to go back soon to the Domes in Milwaukee and do more sustained studies and photos. The tropical dome was tough due to lower light and it was then I wished I brought a tripod. Most of the images are more informative than "art". :G Hope you enjoy and you can get a bit more info in the link below.

Absolutely gorgeous photos. Love the garden scenes. The macros are also very well done. You are doing very well with shots. What camera do you use?

Thanks much. ) I have the FZ5 and I did use the Nikon 6T and also tried the Nikon 6T and Raynox 150 in combo but I can't tell you on what photos. lol. (old age ;o) I did try my Tcon 1.7 in the tropical dome but did not work well and so any close-ups are my native zoom at 12x.

Oh, #9 and #14 were 12x.

This is definitely a wonderful post of a place I will soon visit and photograph myself.

I live not too far away from it and always wondered what it had to offer inside.

Thanks for posting.

Great series of shots Beth. You really found some interesting and different things to photograph. If you go back I would really like to know what kind of bird that was. Also I would love to have a place like that photograph in.

Thanks everyone!

Tcook, I will ask my mother-n-law if she noted the name. All I know is that it is tropical and pretty. :G

Tom, you will enjoy very much and hope you can just take your time. I felt so rushed but glad for what I could get. )
