I have these guys year round. I am still trying to get them not to be afraid of me, to no avail. Even though, I put feed out for them.

Fred, pecan tree are very common here in my part of the country. This has been a good year for them. Every other year is normally an off year. Last year was a really bad year due to Katrina and Rita. It has also been a good year for the sugar cane, unless we get another deluge of rain.

Nice captures,

any capture of a squirl is a nice one for me, I'm starting to hate them, have a couple at my work ... real shy, some I know of in the park in my neighbourhood ... real fast

think next time I'm going to have to glue them down to take a picture (just kidding wouldn't do that)

darn - here I am - jealous again
