Sometimes I get involved with a picture and wonder afterward was it worth the effort.

This image took 3 hours what is you opinion? Before you jump all over me for the Cello coloration check out the first shot.

Original

Stage 1

Stage 2

A fellow on a retouch forum added a spotlight which I can not get working on my PP I love the dramatic change.

I do love the spot light effect. For some reason the stage 2 picture did not load on my computer. I saw this post on dpr and the same thing happened.....Don

LOVE the spotlight effect! It really turns this into a stand-out picture, in my opinion.

On your question - was it worth the effort - yes, I do like the one with the spotlight best followed by nr3, and if you still use PhotoImpact , a spotlight can also be added check the description halfway this page http://www.eastofthesun.com/pi5/rainbow.htm
