From Nov. 1st thru Nov 11th, 2006 150 German SkyDivers are attempting a 150 man hookup at Skydive Arizona, in Eloy Az. They will make 3 attempts each day thru Saturday. On Tues 11/07/06 I watched their 1st attempt of the day, and was able to get some pictures. They are taken up to approximately 15,000' in seven airplanes. Upon reaching the drop zone the skydivers exit their aircraft as quickly as possible and attempt to all "hookup" together. If they are successful they will break the current world record. I believe they only have approximately 60 seconds to complete the "hookup". Jim

#2 This is the formation of planes as they approach the drop zone. They are difficult to see with the naked eye and this picture was taken at full 12x zoom.
