POTD, that is... this image is proving hugely popular!! i didn't even enter it on this site - the site owner saw it on another web page, and emailed me to ask if he could use it! i gotta find a way to market this sucker!!! :lol:

Rocky, I guess like the others I am in awe whenever I see this picture. If your State and local tourist boards don't pick it up, then they are the suckers

Taken from the same spot with a bit different perspective as Steve's POTD 11-15-06, today.

Reflection by Wayne Duifhuis with an Oly 7070. While his is very crisp and clean with respect to haze, yours brings the mountain closer. Both very nice photos.

Im sure there are a ton of pics taken from that spot.

Well the one you were looking at may well be, but the one I voted for was this and I do believe its the same image:
