Hey guys, my owl got another "picture of the day" on a different website. He's sure been good to me! I saw a link onanother POTD page yesterday and thought I'd submit it just for fun. Wasn't expecting these results.........Here's the link.

Did you use accesories for that picture (great one BTW) or just the bare camera. What settings did you use? I'm a rookie and still learning my way through the FZ7.

great shot! owls make wonderful subjects with those big, almost luminous eyes, and you caught this one very well! congrats!

Thanks again all for the compliments! Hann, the picture was straight from the camera, hand held,with no accessories attached. Settings are as follows:

Exposure Mode: Aperture Priority
Metering Mode: Multi-Pattern
1/100 sec - F/3.3
Exposure Comp.: -0.7 EV
