These are some untouched photos from the Nutcracker ballet practice. I went to try settings, getting ready for the Sat. night preformance. I'll post some from that later after I have gone through them. NR was set to low and you can see a few more and get full size and exif at http://dsr1.zoto.com/galleriesMy daughter doesn't want the girls pictures posted on the web but you can get an idea how the camera handles low light from these. I had to under expose on most to keep the spot lighted areas from burning. I'll PP the ones from the Sat. night show before I post them. Hope you enjoy and as always C&C are welcome and wanted........Don

I fully agree with Donna comments and the colour looks great considering the light conditions!!!

Looks like the VLUX is working pretty good in that light. I could not get the full size at your gallery.

Thanks Donna, Annie & Ted. These are all at ISO800 with nothing done to them. I think they will really look good after a little PP.

Ted, If you click on the first picture it brings it up larger. Then in the upper right corner, just above the picture you can click on the Origional Size.............Don

Thanks Fred and Jerry. I use continous mode for the girls dances. They love that as it gives them a chance to see how each step looks to the audiance and correct things they are doing wrong. I wound up taking 2132 shots. I got them all on two 2GB 150xRidata cards and had to change the battery just a few minutes before the show was over. I'll post some in a couple of days......................Don
