I'm fortunate that we usually get a couple of quite pretty sunsets around here every week, and a few REALLY STUNNING ones every month or so.

This evening the sunset was only mediocre overall, but I shot it from a slightly different perspective and composition than I usually do. Kind of like the way it turned out.

Shot from the parking lot of our local KFC as I was picking up dinner,. lucky timing and lucky location more than anything:

Well, in away I am. Forest around everywhere. Other than an occasional meadow or golf course, or clearing for a building we are right in the middle of a huge National Forest.
